Once a handsome Victorian Boozer The Duke now serves a modern menu with a rustic Spanish influence. We pride ourselves on our fresh seasonal menu, ever-changing real Ales and great wine list. We have a lively bar, beautiful dining room with open kitchen and a leafy 'secret' garden.
We are looking for a hard working and committed individual to help us build our already successful business. We appreciate personality and expect our team to enjoy the hustle and bustle of a busy working environment. We take pride in what we do and strive to ensure that every guests leaves with a grin on their face (and some beer and tapas in their belly).
The right candidate will have experience in a similar environment and their qualities should include:

*The ability to work as part of a team as well as from their own initiative

*The ability to work in a clean and organised manner
