We are currently looking for an enthusiastic chef de partie The successful candidates will be  open-minded, ambitious ,energetic and ready to learn. The above role is to support the Head and Sous chef  in the day to day running of the kitchen , including food production, being able to handle all sections, cleaning and stock management.
