We are currently looking to recruit a Chef De Partie to join our fine dining restaurant.
Cooking on the 37th floor with the restaurant kitchen, your role will play a pivotal part in ensuring that we exceed our guests expectations each and every time.
The ideal candidate for the role;
·Previous experience as a Chef De Partie is essential.
·Passionate about local and fresh food with an eye for detail.
·Demonstrate a loyal approach to the development of our food and service.
·Enthusiastic team player, who works well within a team.
·Creative and driven, with a desire to progress.
·Strong communication skills
