Chef de partie for a New opening/upscale pub in London. £24k salary. The Chef de partie will work within upmarket pub kitchen, cooking a range of up market pub dishes. Great opportunity for a chef de partie to be part of a new opening.
The role:
As chef de partie you will run one of the sections within the kitchen, the chefs will support the head chef in the opening of this new upmarket pub. You will be involved in the opening team, ensure that your fridge and section is ready for service. This role includes all the normal chef de partie duties.
