We are currently recruiting a talented and self-motivated Chef de Partie to join our fun and energetic team.
Job Role
As Chef de Partie you will ensure consistency of producing bespoke dishes as per our customer needs.
Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef to develop new dishes for the menu.
Alongside the Head Chef you will be responsible for the food ordering and compiling off all invoices and stock rotation.
You are responsible for maintaining good food hygiene practices and due diligence as designated by legislation and the Head Chef's specification to include all HACCP recording and documentation.
To supervise/motivate and manage all kitchen and BOH staff and ensure that they are working under the rhubarb brand and guidelines.
Candidate profile
Show drive and passion for producing good quality food!
Exceptional cooking skills.
Be creative and innovative!
HACCP knowledge, Food safety level 2 certificate holder, H and S; level 2 certificate holder.
Fluency in written and spoken English
You will be an excellent team player and listen to directions.
Eligibility
In line with the requirements of the Asylum and Immigration Act 1996, all applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK. Documented evidence of eligibility will be required from candidates as part of the recruitment process.
