We are looking for a full time Chef de Partie for our very busy opened kitchen. Immediate start, £8.50/hour.
The kitchen opens at 8am for breakfast. Lunch is extremely busy with take away and eat-in freshly made to order sandwiches, salads and platted food from our counter. Prep is made before and after lunch hours.
You must have at least 1 year experience in a similar environment, being passionate about food, friendly and sociable , using your own initiative, being able to work nicely as part of a team and to keep your cool in a small busy kitchen during extremely busy lunch period.
We are also looking for an Experienced Kitchen Porter to work full time in our busy kitchen. Immediate start, £8.25/hour.

Both positions are day time shift only,  you must be available to work at weekend.
The shifts are 6 to 8 hours long. You will work as part of the kitchen team and interact with front of house, to ensure a clean, tidy kitchen whilst you are on shift. You will also help with deliveries, food preparation and closing up the kitchen from 6pm. (finishing time 8pm)
