Chef de Partie - Tramshed
We're currently looking for an experienced chef de partie to complete the brigade at our busy 200 cover restaurant, located within a stunning grade-2 listed building on Rivington Street in Shoreditch.
The menu is brilliantly simple: starters to share and roast chicken or steak to follow.
If you have experience in a high volume restaurant or other similar environment, good knowledge of British food, and a willingness to grow and develop in a kitchen, we'd like to hear from you.
It's a demanding role so a clear understanding of the day-to-day operations in a kitchen and an understanding of food safety and hygiene is essential.
We try and promote from within and in partnership with our other London restaurants there is plenty of opportunity to progress.
We're offering a salary of up to GBP26,000 per annum and staff benefits include:
