Scarlett Green (part of the Daisy Green Collection @daisygreencollection) will combine high end Aussie brunch and imaginative small plates and prime meats with DJs and cocktails in a buzzing art deco space just off Wardour Street. Working with head chefs ex Simon Rogan (L'Enclume) Dinner by Heston, The Shed and Skylon. A real opportunity for ambitious chefs who want to progress quickly.
Currently recruiting for Senior Sous Chef, Sous Chef, Chef De Partie and Commis Chef roles.
Salary up to £30,000 depending on experience. Industry leading pay structure and share of service charge, excellent working conditions and perks and a chance to be part of a buzzing new Independent opening.
