FHG are working with a global contract caterer to recruit a Chef de Partie for their flagship site in Ealing, West London.

There are 4500 people on site and the kitchen caters for approximately 1500 daily across two restaurants for breakfast and lunch.
The restaurants are very different the first being a traditional staff restaurant with salad and deli bars, hot counters, theatre cooking and grab n go. The second restaurant offers a plated service.
There is also hospitality, mostly working lunches and buffets.

The Chef de Partie will form an integral part of the team of 9 working across all areas of the kitchen and all offers.

We are looking for strong Chef de Parties with experience in high volume establishments. Chef de Parties should have a strong foundation in classical cookery and be able to use their initiative to deliver an excellent standard of food across the board.

Salary: £23, 296
Hours: M-F, 7am - 4pm
