Sabor takes you on a journey from the tapas bars of Andalucía, through to the asadors of Castile and the seafood restaurants of Galicia. The restaurant captures the flavour of Spain, showcasing the use of fresh, traditional ingredients and cooking methods, and a relaxed approach to dining.

With three distinct areas – a restaurant and bar on the ground floor and the asador on the first floor, each space offers a different taste and experience of Spanish cuisine and hospitality.

About the Role:
We’re looking for talented and passionate, experienced Chef de Parties to join the Sabor family. Not only will you be cooking with the finest quality ingredients, you will learn from the best.

Successful Chef de Parties will have:
• Previous experience as Chef de Partie in a high-quality restaurant;
• A drive to create and deliver consistently exceptional dishes, and maintain high standards;
• experience in Spanish cuisine (preferred but not essential);
• A positive, team-player attitude with lots of personality and humour;
• A working knowledge of food hygiene and health and safety compliance and procedures.
