Day time Chef de Partie / Lead Chef on site.
Mimosa has opened a new site in Crystal Palace and we are looking for a lead chef on site, to a CDP level to work and progress with us.
We are an expanding family business with 4 cafe and delis and an outside catering business.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about food and is a great team player.  We would like someone with creativity who wants to make their own food and bring ideas and recipes.
We would like to successful candidate to speak conversational English and to want to progress and grow with us.  We cook Mediterranean and fresh food but will be willing to look at Chefs with differing experience.
The shifts are daytime shifts but would involve weekends as well.
Key Skills

Passionate about food with a desire to be creative.

Work well as with a team, we all get on really well!

A culinary degree or equivalent

experience to CDP level
