Chef de Partie Required
We are looking for a talented Chef de Partie with a passion for learning new techniques - smoking and butchery in particular. You will become part of an ambitious team cooking food like no other restaurant in the UK. We are an award winning and critically acclaimed restaurant specialising in “Fred Flintstone Fine Dining”.

Our requirements for Chef de Partie:

At least two years in a similar role
Ambitious and talented
A real passion for the industry
An eye for detail
Willingness to learn new techniques
High standards of Health and Safety and Food Hygiene.
The ability to come to work with a smile and ‘can do’ attitude.
Eligibility to work in the UK and a very good command of English.
