At Blanchette Bricklane we specialise in French Style dining and our concept is built on smaller sharing plates - think Frog Legs, Charcuterie, Braised Lamb and Confit Duck Leg.

The role requires that you are willing to learn all sections of the kitchen and that you are team player who will keep a professional working relationship with all members of staff. We are looking for someone with commitment, a can do attitude, passion for food and who is willing to work hard. Some previous experience would be beneficial but not essential.

We use a variety of traditional and modern cooking techniques, which will help you develop your skills.
