Chef de partie required  for food led gastro pub in marylebone.
We are a small but growing pub company, with 4 Gastro-pubs across West London and we are looking for talented, enthusiastic and ambitious CDP (or ambitious Commis Chef) to join our team.

All our food is fresh and our menus are created in-house. This is a fast-growing business whose success has largely been driven by our strong, hard-working kitchen teams.

We are looking for a CDP  who is organised and very passionate about food, and are driven to push themselves to the next level, who are looking to grow and develop as we as a company do the same.
A background in gastro-pubs, bars or restaurants, would be extremely useful.

Chef de Partie - Role Responsibility
As Chef de Partie you will be supporting the Head Chef with the day-to-day running of the Kitchen and all aspects of food production. Training and development schemes are also provided - we offer training including company and external courses.
You will be directly responsible for:

Responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the section for which you are responsible.
You will be required to prepare and present food in an efficient and cost effective manner.
You will ensure all standards are at the highest level at all times.
Following Health and Safety practices
Ensure all Kitchen areas are kept tidy and presentable at all times.

At least 1 years experience as a Chef de Partie level.
