A little more about the job:Around 45 hours per week with 2 days off; we want a good work/life balance for our staff. Regular wine training/food tastings (we’re constantly trying new things).Our menu changes monthly so we’re always working with new produce.We butcher and prep all our meat and fish, and bake our own bread twice a day. We’re looking to promote from within rather than recruiting for senior chef positions.We pay our chefs fairly.
