The Britannia specialises in cooking traditional, fresh and quality ingredients in a modern and innovative way. We take our supply very seriously and look to only use the best products available.
We are an owner operated pub with 80 covers inside and another 80 in our garden and roof terrace.
The position would involve working within a team of four, assisting the head chef with service and being actively involved in the day to day prep.
The role would suit someone who has worked as a commis chef or above for more than one year, in a quality restaurant or high end gastro pub.
The Britannia is growing very quickly and it is vital that the team is able to contribute to the growth process, to be adaptable and creative, and above all else be highly motivated.
Payment is weekly and reviewed after three months.
Current work permits are essential and we will need two recent work references.
