Our stylish, high quality restaurant needs a second chef to join the brigade, a strong Chef de Partie or Sous Chef would be ideal.

Our ideal candidate must be able to work unsupervised when required and as such needs to be strong in all areas, including home-baking and pastry-making, and confident cooking a range of international cuisines.

At its peak, our kitchen expects to serve over 150 diners in 2-3 hours on a busy Friday and Saturday night. If you excel under pressure and can bring a hands-on attitude to our kitchen, then please send us your CV.

This is not a position for an inexperienced chef or someone who needs supervision to maintain the high standards and quality that our customers demand!
