We are looking for a CDP to join us at the Empress in Victoria Park.
We have had the Empress for 6 years and in that time have receieved a Michelin Bib Bourmand, 2 AA rosetettes and 5/5 from Time Out. The Michelin pub guide ranked us one of its Top 10 pubs to eat in.
Our head chef is from Barcelona and previously was head chef at Pizaro in Bermondsey. There is a definate Spanish element to his food but not exclusively. We are still a pub and do great Sunday roast too which we are well known for.
The salary is in the region of £23,000 pa.

We like to happy chefs so our rotas are done to give you a work-life balance. No more than 7 shifts per week and always 2 days off. We start day shifts at 9am.
