Chef de Partie – Ostuni Restaurants - Italian Cuisine - London NW6 and NW10
We are looking for motivated, energetic and passionate people to join our teams in our restaurants in Queens Park and Highgate as Chef de partie.
Ostuni is London’s first eatery dedicated to the cuisine and wines of Puglia, a region that represents what Italian food is all about; simplicity and flavour.
This is a fantastic opportunity for you if you are ambitious and eager to delve into the depth and wealth of puglian cuisine while also finding enough creative space to express yourself and extend your repertoire.
As Chef de partie you will be involved in food preparation and cooking on the line during service. You will have the knowledge and skills to run your section and support the head chef in executing the menu. You will achieve the highest standards of cleanliness and health and safety while working as part of a team to produce fresh, seasonal and innovative dishes that you will be proud of.
