The beautiful Cherry Tree is on the search for our next TOP CDP chef to help lead our brigade to the next level in our Dulwich restaurant, seconds from Lordship Lane.
Successful candidates will have all the nuts and bolts of experience expected of a great Chef (great leadership and communication, support to Head Chef, due diligence, stocks, supplier relationships, General Practitioner ’s, training) and will have experience of delivering a seasonal core menu with frequently changing specials based around simple rustic dishes, bold flavours and seasonal produce. Most importantly, we really need you to have bags and bags of energy, a hunger to learn and a passion for great British pubs. You must also have a great eye for detail and be proud to deliver non-pretentious but outstanding fresh, British seasonal food.
