Demi Chef De Partie, Indian Chefs and Tandoori Chefs full-time (48 hours per week) with a starting annual salary of 25K (increasing to 28K as you develop with us)

What we are looking for

You’ll need to have a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Commis Chef, Kitchen Chef, Grill Chef, Tandoori Chef or Kitchen Manager, and be comfortable in a busy kitchen. We will pay you 25K per annum for your first year increasing year to year to 28K as you develop with us. We offer an immediate development plan to see you gain all the skills and experience needed to develop into a CDP position and more.
We are a fantastic, values-led Irani cafe located in Kensington, Covent Garden, Carnaby, Shoreditch and Kings Cross. Very busy, multi-faceted restaurant and cocktail bar offering great career progression and an opportunity to join our team which extends to Manchester and Edinburgh.

The Role

We’re looking for Breakfast and Grill Demi Chef De Partie, Indian/Tandoori chefs who thrive on working as part of a team in a fast-paced kitchen.
Previous experience in an Indian kitchen is required.
We’ll provide comprehensive training with annual pay increases over three years whilst you’re developing into a skilled chef.
You’ll support the head chef with stock checking, ordering and quality control, keeping an eye on budgets, storage and safety, and ensuring the kitchen and team is always performing at its best.
Your big-heartedness will make coaching and developing junior members of the team a natural focus.
