We are a luxury food business with over 20 years experience. We manage and run Sky Garden which houses two restaurants; Darwin Brasserie and Fenchurch, and two bars. We are looking for an experienced, reliable and flexible Chef de Partie to join our brilliant kitchen team at Darwin Brasserie on level 36 of the Sky Garden
Chefs must have
-Full eligibility to work in the UK
-A clear command of English Language
-experience working in different kitchens
-A good understanding of a variety of cooking styles
-A friendly, positive nature and be hard working and reliable

Salary up to £26,000 plus excellent benefits.
