Comptoir Gascon (sister restaurant of Club Gascon 1* Michelin) is situated near Smithfield market / Clerkenwell and is dedicated to the food and drinks from South of France.

Comptoir Gascon is now recruiting an experienced Chef de Partie to complete its kitchen team. As a Chef de party, you will work a mixture of split and straight shifts over 5 days, Tuesday to Saturday only, benefit of 28 days holiday (inclusive of 2 weeks over Christmas and New year) and every bank holidays off as well as a generous basic salary coupled with a share of the gratuities.
The ideal candidate for the position of Chef de Partie must have:
The ability to adapt and learn quickly
Excellent attention to detail
At least 2 years in a similar position
Be proactive and flexible
Able to work unsupervised
