We currently have an opportunity for a talented Chef De Partie to join our team at The World's End Market in Chelsea. We are looking for someone who takes pride in giving the highest level of service and works quickly and professionally.
The ideal candidate:
Have at least 2 years experience as a CDP/senior CDP
Be experienced with ordering, stock rotation, HACCP
Be prompt and punctual, and be able to manage their time well
Be able to work evenings and weekends
Key responsibilities:
Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes to company standards.
Managing the service and training Demi-chef de parties and Commis chefs.
Assisting the Head Chef with ordering, stock takes, HACCP
Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins
