Stevie Parle's Southern Italian restaurant, Rotorino, requires a versatile Chef de Partie who has the ability to mix between sections.
We are a busy Italian restaurant in the heart of Dalston, with a daily changing menu and a focus on fresh, seasonal ingredients.
The ideal candidate will:
*Love working with fresh, seasonal produce
* Have a good knowledge of Italian cuisine
* Have the ability to work well in a small, friendly team
* Be available to work 5 nights a week
* Have a great work ethic and be keen to progress
* Have fluent English
