POSITION: Chef De Partie
SALARY PACKAGE: £25,000
Shifts/Hours: 7 shifts a week, 50 hours a week – PAID ADDITIONAL SHIFTS
Knock off drinks and staff food provided
We will give you £250 if you introduce a another chef to the team!
The team: 22 Chefs in the team
The Lighterman, has been awarded 2022 Harden's Top Bar and Restaurant in London
The Kitchen: Top of the range equipment with an open kitchen
The Service: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner, 7 days a week.
The Offering: Seasonal menu which changes every 3 months with Daily Specials using local suppliers and producers
Being Creative: You will have the ability to create daily specials for the venue which is signed off by the Head Chef
Support and Training: Working with the senior chefs we work hard to develop and grow our chefs into leaders. With trips to local suppliers and masterclasses we offer the chance to be involved in everything we do.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage a section of the kitchen
• Ensuring high standards of food preparation are upheld
• Keeping your section clean and organised
• Detailed knowledge of the menu
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:
• Will have experience at the level of application
• Ensure consistency in food quality and service timings at all times
• Ability to run your own section, including ordering
• Possess strong organisational skills with a high level of motivation
• Control stock rotation and minimise wastage on your section
