Chef De Partie - Modern 2/3AA French Restaurant - London GBP25kChef de partie working a 4 day week, 3AA standards Our client is based in central London and opened to great reviews and acclaim receiving 2AA rosettes and should certainly be receiving 3AA rosettes very soon The restaurant seats 65 covers up to 110 at weekends and doing very high quality food and using the best of British and French products with modern influences serving an a la Carte and tasting menusAs chef de partie in a brigade of 13 chefs with 7-8 per service you will be responsible for a section. You will work a 4 day week pro rata and be responsible for delivering the food quality and consistency required at this level. The Head chef is from a Michelin background and therefore requires a chef de partie with a positive and reliable attitude who has stable experience cooking in 2/3AA or Michelin restaurants with current London knowledge The salary is slightly negotiable for the right applicant!
