Chef de Partie – Vegan Restaurant – W2 – Up to £27,000
Our client is a plant-based restaurant in West London which is at the forefront of Vegan/Vegetarian cuisine. The restaurant works with the highest quality organic produce and are committed to delivering a healthy, sustainable menu.
The chefs in the kitchen work 6 shifts per week (one double, four singles). The restaurant can cater for up to 300 covers on a busy day, with a popular brunch menu running on the weekends. The restaurant offers an extremely competitive package of up to £27,000 for the right candidate.
This is a great opportunity for someone with an interest in Vegetarian/Vegan dishes to gain experience within the extremely fast growing market.
The ideal candidate will have:

Experienced at least to Chef de Partie level – experience working with Vegan cuisine would be a benefit but is not essential.
experience working to a 2AA Rosette/Fine Dining standard.
The ability to maintain the food hygiene and health and safety standards of the kitchen.
Confidence with ordering and managing budgets.
An interest in ethically sourced natural ingredients.
Excellent communications skills and a good level of spoken English.
Eligibility to work in the UK.
