Chef de Partie - Modern British Restaurant - London - GBP25k negWe have a fantastic opportunity for a passionate, committed and dedicated Chef de Partie to join the brigade in a Modern British Restaurant in South East London.We are ideally looking for someone who is all about the food and produce as well as delivering exceptional cuisine to Rosette standards. The successful candidate for this particular position will be working closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef with a heavy involvement in development of new dishes as our client is currently working toward achieving accolades. Attributes/experience:* Relevant experience in fast paced event production kitchens.* NVQ level 1 and 2 or similar. Level 3 beneficial.* Food Hygiene Level 2 certificate or Intermediate Food Hygiene Certificate.* Good leadership skills and a team player.* 2 years in a similar role* Good communicator* Eager to learn and progress through this award winning, growing events company* Flexibility as per the business needs Benefits* Salary of around GBP25k - negotiable* Paid holiday* Company pension* Progression* The chance to be a part of an amazing restaurant who is currently working towards achieving accolades The ideal candidate would need to be innovative and committed with a passion for excellence.
