We are offering an hourly rate of up to £10, a share of the tips, a benefits package as well as the opportunity to develop within our company and to grow your career to the next level.

We are a growing group of four unique, award-winning Peruvian restaurants based in London, delivering high quality, fresh food and exceptional service to our guests. Ceviche, Old St is a vibrant 130 cover restaurant with a gorgeous bar in the City serving brunch, lunch and dinner. The restaurant also houses an art gallery, displaying art from contemporary Peruvian artists. Ceviche, Old Street is Michelin listed and was awarded five stars by Time Out.
For the role of Chef de Partie previous experience as a Demi or Chef de Partie would be preferred.
