Chef de Partie required for a high volume, 90 cover theatre restaurant in London Bridge.
Excellent communication skills is an absolute must! And the ability to work under immense pressure.
Wide ranging and varied menu, demanding a good understanding of current food trends and the London market.
experience is NECESSARY, NVQ's and H and S cert. Desirable
This is a full time role, working mostly evenings and weekends under a vastly experienced and talented Head Chef.
