We are a French/Japanese fusion fishmonger seafood bar in Portman Village, Marble Arch, London. We are opening a champagne/seafood bar from mid-September and are currently looking for 2 chefs, one for lunch and one for dinner service.
Lunch shift is Tues- Saturday from 8:30am to 4:30pm. Evening shift is Wed- Saturday 3:30pm to 11:30pm, Sunday 9:30am to 6pm. Menu is simple based on fish and shellfish with a mix of tapas, salad, main and dessert with French/Japanese influence. We are looking for someone who can work on their own as well as within a team. Duties include food preparation, service, keeping food safety guideline, temperature control, maintaining the food prep area clean, developing menu with chef owner.
We are closed every year in August for the whole month and the 1stweek of January.

40 Hours per week contract
