This Restaurant concept is authentic and worldwide! We want an ambitious Sous Chef that can deliver in serving delicious healthy fresh food prepared with the best seasonal produce to maximum flavour.My client is looking for a Sous Chef to assist the Head Chef in the everyday running of this busy restaurant. You can't book here at this forever growing Business but there's always a queue out of the door.The ideal Sous Chef will have: * High Volume experience * experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a similar type of environment. Either a quality gastro pub, restaurant or hotel * Happy cooking with fresh, seasonal ingredients * Confident and Happy to run the kitchen in the head chefs absence * experience of managing junior chefs * Have a passion for food and want to learn and progress with a great company * The right Sous Chef will have real strength in individual and team development by Spotting and developing talent * Inspirational leadership skills * Skilled in stock and labour control * Obsessed with delivering consistently excellent food * The Sous Chef needs to have a good financial understanding and know how to operationally take ownership of every aspect of the Kitchen including stock control and General Practitioner. * The Sous Chef must be passionate about food standards and results focused.
