We are a small, local Hackney restaurant with a passion for fresh, local produce and sustainability.
We are looking for an ambitious chef to help with our food offer to compliment the expansion of our natural and organic wines list.
You will be involved in creating a daily changing menu using the best quality ingredients whilst learning the art of pizza making.
Pizza experience a bonus but not necessary as training will be given.
The ideal candidate would:
Be creative and have the desire to grow a business.
Have an appreciation for high quality, seasonal food and wine.
Have a strong work ethic and 'can do' personality.
Have strong leadership skills with an ability to motivate and train staff.

You would be expected to work 45-48 hours per week.
