A chef's responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

Set up and breakdown station
Understand proper miss en place and is always ready for service on time.
Work organized and clean
Able to work quickly and efficiently
Able to work in a team environment
Communicate effectively with the team
Understand and execute basic cooking principles.
Respectful of all staff members
Comes to work well groomed and follows proper hygiene procedures.
Able to work on your feet for long periods of time, up to 16 hours.
Able to lift 25 kg
