Affogato is a well known established bistro/restaurant in the Norbury Area and we are looking for an experienced chef to run the kitchen.
We are looking for person who has a passion for consistent, great food, clear communication skills, good organisational skills, high kitchen standards, strong work ethic.
The right person will:
• Manage daily food ordering, production, and service – always achieving our high standards.
• Cook great, tasty food so that people keep coming back for more.
• Comply with our food standards and guidelines.
• Comply with Health and Safety policies and procedures
• Manage supplier ordering and maintain correct stock levels
