We are a rapidly growing company in car hire industry and are providing an exciting career opportunity for a Business Development Manager for our business based in North West London.
We are looking for a passionate Business Development Manager with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, who will work alongside with our team, helping us achieve our business targets.
Job Description:
● Understand all aspects of vehicle hire and insurance product regulations and market norms to ensure accurate information is given to our customers.
● Monitoring finance and insurance performance against expectation, whilst maintaining a compliant rent process.
● Assisting management in planning, forecasting trends, and evaluating performance on an ongoing basis.
● Qualifying customer’s demands and needs to ensure our every service is transparently presented to every customer.
● To acquire a high level of relevant business knowledge to competently answer all customer queries.
● Logging all activity to monitor and measure outcomes and provide valuable feedback to the company director.
● To advise all customers of current promotions, specials and incentives. Obtain feedback and accordingly make suggestions to improve marking strategies.
● Should have native language skills in at-least one, preferably two or more, additional language(s) from the list provided below, in addition to English (preference will be given to candidates having excellent command over multiple languages):
1. Arabic (with North African accent)
2. Urdu / Hindi
3. Farsi
4. Sindhi
5. Punjabi.
