An Experienced Business Development Manager

ABOUT US
Established in London 10 years ago and now after a major rebrand Temp Tribe is looking for eager and enthusiastic Business Developers to drive our temporary staffing business forwards to the next level.
We are all about temporary staff in the hospitality sector and we provide hundreds of fantastic temporary staff members daily to a multitude of London’s top 5* hotels, sports stadiums, PR agencies, global brands and production companies giving our staff opportunities to work as much or a little as they like depending on their other commitments.
THE ROLE
Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organisation.
Cold call as appropriate within the London area, to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
Research and build relationships with new clients.
Set up meetings between client decision makers and company’s Sales Director
Plan approaches and pitches.
Work with teams to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
Participate in pricing the solution/service.
Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion.
Driving new business to achieve quarterly growth targets
Demonstrating return on investment through value led conversations
Networking
Working with other departments to protect revenue
Analysing your own performance and using your own initiative
PERFECT CANDIDATE
Be comfortable cold calling anyone!
Minimum 3 years sales and business development experience.
Persistent with a positive attitude, self-starter and a creative thinker.
Reliable and able to meet deadlines.
Problem solver with initiative on how to approach potential candidates.
Strong presentation skills are also desirable.
Target driven individual wanting to achieve quick results in a fast moving industry.
THE ENVIRONMENT
The office is busy, phones going off regularly but it’s also like a family, we support each other and we will support you too. You’ll have 27 days of holidays per year and treat Friday lunches! We are right around the corner from Shoreditch and we socialise regularly. It might be bowling or pub quiz or drinks with clients and we always have fun! Three things we really care about is driving our business, looking after our staff and having fun.
THE PAY
The pay would be negotiable at 35k + per annum with a strong bonus structure based on quarterly targets.
We also have a training budget for courses that will add value to the company and to you.
