Giant Group has a fantastic opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join the team based in London. Joining us on a full time permanent basis, you will receive a salary of £27,500 - £35,000 per annum + OTE commission of £20,000 + benefits.

Key responsibilities of the Business Development Manager
- Research potential sectors and clients
- Target new business through phone and email campaigns
- Follow up on targeted marketing campaigns
- Host your own customer meetings and technology WebEx’s
- Build strong customer relationships and brand reputation
- Implement sales plans and deliver accurate forecasts
- Work to agreed targets
Skills needed to become our Business Development Manager
- Proven sales track record of generating new business over 2-3 years within a face to face environment
- Ideally previous telesales experience
- A high level of resilience
- Good rapport building and networking skills
- Strong negotiation skills and use of persuasive language
- Focused on results and success
- Quick learner - knowledge of recruitment processes, the associated software products and their application is key
- Software or Human Resources platform sales experience would be desirable
- Ability to travel nationwide
- Ability to plan own workload and meetings
