Business Development Manager

Salary: Negotiable basic + commission (paid on conversion)

The role
As Business Development Manager your daily remit include:
• Identifying sales opportunities through conducting cold calls from the head office throughout businesses around the London and M25 areas
• Responsible for day to day sales and advertising, managing of customer accounts and driving the business forward
• You will also be required to help grow the business through your sales and management expertise
• Working to daily targets and ensuring to prioritise and manage your calls
What you’ll need
• Minimum of 2 years experience and proven track record within the sales and cleaning field is essential
• Account Management experience and strong record of up selling to clients essential
• Be of professional appearance as this is a client facing role
• Self motivation and a desire to succeed
• Excellent telephone manner and great interpersonal skills
• Competent with Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
