My client is a creative, independent operator with venues in London and New York. His bars and restaurants are extremely unique with a lot of PR exposure, what he does has never been done before.
The role
As the group expands we are looking for a business development manager to implement centralised reservations systems and manage the overall running of the sales and reservations department.
The ideal candidate will have at 2 years experience as a senior sales executive or in a similar role. We are looking for some creative who is able to put processes and systems into place and lead the sales department, with this leading to a head of sales role for the right candidate.
The details
This is a head office role, with working hours normally being Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm, however some flexibility is requested as you may have to be available on weekends and evenings on occasion.
