Experienced Business Development Manager with proven track record working for leading main contractors securing tendering opportunities for refurbishment projects to hospitals, schools, retail, offices and design and build of new build housing schemes for housing associations. Project value range £250,000 to £5M. Projects generally in London but always within the M25. You will be based in our Richmond office. Salary is above the market rate for the right candidate.
