Our client is looking for a Breakfast Chef for their 5* Mayfair Hotel. Very nice working hours, Monday to Friday 8am to 4.3opm, the candidate will need to be able to demonstrate both A La Carte Breakfast skills as well as pastries and breads, have a passion for being creative within the Breakfast parameters, recognising food trends, menu writing, working with fresh ingredients. Also have the financials to know General Practitioner 's, cost control, customer standards, stock control.
