Our client is a luxurious 5* hotel offering an extremely competitive salary of £24,000 for an enthusiastic Breakfast Chef. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work within an experienced team in one of London’s top hotels. The position involves preparing and cooking breakfast for business users, private guests and long term residents.
This Hotel has high standards in every department and a high quality, reliable breakfast service is essential to the Food and Beverage department. You will be preparing and cooking the a la Carte breakfast menu in a well equipped and spacious kitchen.
The position is available immediately for the right candidate.
The ideal candidate will have:
·A passion for food made with fresh ingredients.
·Confidence with fresh ingredients.
·The ability to prepare dishes to order.
·The ability to work 5 out of 7 days per week
·The ability to work 8 hour days starting at 5/6am.
·experience working within a 4 or 5 Star Hotel or Luxury Kitchen.
·experience as a Breakfast Chef.
·Confidence in working under pressure.
·Good communications skills and good level of spoken English.
