Following our great success with the first three locations opened in Chiswick, Paddington and Regent's Place ,The Union is expanding into the heart of the City of London and a five minutes walk from St. Paul's Cathedral.

About us
The Union is a unique place where we bring people and good times together since 2005.
The restaurant, serving Modern British cuisine, is open for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner offering an elegant selection of dishes using locally sourced produce, regional farmers and South coast fishmongers. We encourage communal dining in a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere and the team work hard to produce a friendly and welcoming environment.
The cozy and friendly bar offers a wide range contemporary cocktails, an extensive and  affordable wine list, a great selection of lagers and local craft Beers to suit everyone looking for an afterwork drink or even just a quick one before their Thames link train departs.

The ideal candidate will have:
*Exceptional service standards and at least 2 years of experience in similar environment (London preferable).
*Someone who can create a memorable experience the guest will never forget.
*Outstanding attention to detail, encouraging a culture of high standards throughout the team.
*Ability to deliver a warm and charming management style which will engage your guests and the team.
*Real pride and passion for what you do, with the ability to build long term relationships with guests.
*experience in handling guest feedback with the confidence to communicate this to the management team.
*Overall you will have bags of personality, enthusiasm and a can-do attitude.
