Features of the job
- Look after and advise guests in the Motel One Lounge and carry out all the relevant work
- Ensure smooth and speedy service
- Help organise the bar service and define all the necessary standards and schedules in coordination with the F and B Manager
- Advise on and actively sell One Lounge products to ensure that the One Lounge sales budget is reached
- Be jointly responsible fo ordering food, beverages and spirits for the bar and conduct end-of-month stocktaking
- Gain insights into new tasks by working together with other departments
