We are looking for Cocktail Bartenders wanting to be a part of a new opening, new team and new concept. The very first ICHIBUNS will open in the heart of the West End this June. ICHIBUNS will be on three floors, have a cocktail bar and restaurant as well as a take-away service counter. If you feel you have a “Tokyo-Rock’n’Roll” attitude, we would love to meet you.

Inspired by the quality of produce found in abundance across Hokkaido, as well as the overriding organic and sustainable farming ethos, we’ve sourced our very own Hokkaido-grade ICHIBUNS suppliers for the menu.
