Salary from £8.00 per hour plus service charge, up to 36 hours per week.
Since January 2011, rhubarb have been at the Royal Albert Hall providing all food and drink at one of the world's most iconic venues.
The Royal Albert Hall operation consists of 3 dining spaces, including: Verdi Italian Kitchen, Coda Restaurant, Elgar Bar and Grill, 14 bars, 1 retail outlet, 147 hospitality boxes and offers seated dinners for up to 2000 guests on a special raised floor in the auditorium.

We are recruiting a self-motivated Bartenders, who are ready for a new professional challenge in this bespoke Premium environment;
Job role
- Prepare cocktail orders and drinks orders.
- Clean bars and work areas.
- Mix ingredients, such as liquor, soda, water, sugar, and Bitters, to prepare AMAZING cocktails and other drinks.
- Slice and pit fruit for garnishing drinks.
- Arrange bottles and glasses to make attractive display.
- Demonstrate an in depth knowledge of all beverages, menu items which will enable you to answer customer queries with confidence.
Candidate profile
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English.
- Ideally previous bar experience
- Excellent Customer Service Skills and ability to understand and respond to individual guest's needs and requirements.
- Immaculate grooming standards.
- Must be attentive, charismatic, knowledgeable and passionate about spirits, wines and cocktails.
