Bartender/Barista required for chic, stylish and fast paced restaurant and bar in North London.
Nestled in the heart of North London, Mia is a haven of calm luxury and opulence. Decked out with a Sleek new site and refurbishment set over three levels, with dining across two floors and a lounge on the top floor, Mia is now looking for new starters to join us in our grand reopening.
An opportunity is available for bar staff with at least six months’ experience in a similar role. We are looking for people who are hardworking, who are looking to provide quality service, with a smile.
We have a strong and loyal customer base that is as excited about our reopening as we are. They expect high quality dining and service from us, and we will be expecting the same of our team. In return we endeavour to create a friendly environment with a strong team atmosphere and competitive rates of pay with frequent training. There is lots of room for growth and development.
Duties include but are not limited to:
• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
• Interact with customers, take orders and serve food and drinks
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails and mocktails
• Plan and present bar menu
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations
What we are looking for:
• High level of grooming and presentation
• Confident and friendly
• Can learn how to use service software quickly and efficiently- understanding of SSS would be beneficial
• Self motivated and a team player
• experience in a similar role
• Good communication skills
• Knowledge of Lebanese cuisine is a benefit however not required
• Able to work in the UK
