We are looking for an amazing Bars Manager for our Heddon Street site (W1B)
We are on the quest for fun, informed, enthusiastic people who share a passion for pizza and a thirst for all things beer.
The Role:

As Bars Manager, you will flourish in this quick-paced working environment, tackling all aspects of the role and utilising all the resources available to you.  You will have the drive to succeed and take ownership of your development to be a success in your role.
This role requires you to be able to demonstrate an attention to detail and deliver exceptional customer service and high standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage beverage stocks and beverage General Practitioner for the venue.
Support the manager in all aspects of operations to ensure the smooth running of the venue.
Provide training and coaching to the staff to ensure exceptional customer service and to maximize sales opportunities.
Lead by example to ensure the highest standards are maintained within the venue.
